Project description

Denmark is in global competition to attract the best candidates to conduct research in the Danish research environments. At the same time, international scientists create strong and close ties between Danish universities and the best research institutions abroad. The research environments in Denmark are therefore constantly working to create as much visibility as possible about their research activities and about the opportunities to pursue a research career in Denmark. This work is currently carried out separately at the universities and in the individual environments.

Science Hub Denmark will increase the international visibility and knowledge of Danish research and the opportunities to pursue a research career in Denmark within the natural sciences, technical sciences and health sciences. There will be a particular focus on three key areas: Power-to-X, Biosolutions and Neuroscience.

Science Hub Denmark's contribution will primarily be building digital communication channels to reach the target group of researchers and research environments abroad as well as close coordination for the specific recruitment processes at the Danish universities.

The project is funded by the Villum Foundation, the Novo Nordisk Foundation and the Lundbeck Foundation.
