An application’s journey from start to finish

The foundation’s workflows and assessment processes are designed to ensure a thorough assessment of all applications and inquiries we receive. Depending on the programme you are applying for, the application review will vary in both time and process.

For some programmes, applications are reviewed by appointed panels/committees before the board makes its final decision, while other applications go through a process involving two working group reviews and two board reviews as well as reviews by external experts.

The overall application review typically ranges from 4 to 9 months, depending on the grant area applied for.
