A breath of fresh air - enthusiasts take everyday life outdoors
With support from the Villum Foundation, 26 projects, united by the open sky, can unleash their imagination in local communities for both young and old.
Outdoor rehabilitation and educational programs and active citizen groups with great ideas for activities in communal areas. There is a wide variety among the projects receiving grants under the Villum Foundation's initiative "Daylight and Fresh Air."

Meanwhile, students at the Aarhus School of Architecture will establish a new outdoor workspace and meeting place.
Do you have an idea for a project that can bring daylight into everyday life?
Every year, the Villum Foundation opens for applications for a limited period under the initiative "Daylight and Fresh Air." Here, both small and larger project proposals from all environments are welcomed, including ordinary citizens, associations, volunteers, institutions, and organizations within the construction sector.
The initiative will open again in January 2024 with announcements on the foundation's LinkedIn and Facebook pages and will close for applications in May 2024.
