Upgrade of Willumsen's Museum

Project description:

Willumsens Museum, which houses works by the Danish artist J. F. Willumsen as well as changing special exhibitions, has been expanded and upgraded with support from Villum Foundation and a number of other foundations. The project has contributed to a comprehensive enhancement of the museum, including a new main entrance, welcome area and café, improved storage facilities and ventilation systems, among other improvements. The aim is to optimise conditions for both the artworks and visitors, while enabling the museum to borrow works from partner museums in Denmark and abroad.
