The small homestead

Project description:

The project invites volunteers facing a range of life challenges to establish and run a self-sufficient organic farm. Its aim is to improve participants’ quality of life by supporting mental wellbeing, reducing loneliness, strengthening social connection, and encouraging physical activity and time spent outdoors. It also offers the satisfaction of growing and preparing their own vegetables.
