Literary Sound Walks

Project description:

With this project, nine local authors have been invited to create literary works shaped by the local landscape. The stories are written specifically for the routes on which they unfold and can be experienced by residents and visitors alike through free audio walks across eight different routes in Sønderborg Municipality. Through these fictional narratives, walkers are invited on an alternative journey through the natural landscapes of Southern Jutland, where poetry, suspense and historical storytelling bring the surrounding scenery into the imagination.
